Instructions:
- Use the brush bristles to clean your barbell/dumbbell and get all debris off of the barbell
- Apply a small amount of 3 in 1 oil to the barbell/dumbbell, and massage into the knurl using the brush. The bar will absorb some oil
- Wipe the excess oil from the barbell/dumbbell with a dry rag or towel
