You will work your hamstrings, glutes, core, and quads with this exercise.
- Glute bridge
Lie flat on the ground with your knees bent and feet apart while holding a barbell in your hands. Place the barbell near your pelvic region. Lift your hips so that your body is in a straight line while keeping your shoulders on the ground. Lower down your hips and repeat. You will work your glutes, hamstrings, and quads with this exercise.
- Bicep curl
Hold your dumbbells in your hands with your palms facing up. Bend your elbow and use your biceps to bring the dumbbells towards your chest. Lower the weight down and repeat. You will work your biceps with this exercise.
